The International Center on Economic law, Innovation and Trade for Sustainable Development (ElitSD) “For a Freer Future, Fair Trade”, aims to influence the international trading system so that it advances the goal of sustainable development and advices local governments and developing nations to reach their needs of development taking into account non welfare considerations (Economy, Social, Environment and Legal for a change of paradigm).

As an independent, non-profit, non religious and non-governmental organization, ElitSD.org engages a broad range of actors in ongoing dialogue on International and European law, Economic and Trade Law and sustainable development policy as well as Intellectual Property Law.


In advancing its mission, the Centre has concentrated to become a global actor like an independent network for a change of paradigm in constructing a cosmopolitan democracy and reaching the balance that is needed internationally in protecting the pacta sunt servanda principle.


 “A process of deep and profound changes in the economic, political  structures of power also in the legal and  institutional paradigm, in order to reach a fair balance between developing countries and more developed ones by the establishment of a framework of intergovernmental cooperation using the tools of the rule of law, environmental protection and human rights by creating new ways (such as innovation,sound technologies new and more coherent economic indicators, free and fair trade).
